But we believe that those who are called, should be equipped.
Last year, Innovista Ireland supporters provided training and support for 222 leaders and the demand is growing.

I wish I had been able to bring my whole leadership team to the training day. As a result of Leading for Life, we have started to change what we do on Sundays and through the week as a church. And we have changed how we do it so our values are being lived out.
Innovista came alongside us at a key moment in our journey as a church and asked just the right questions. We came out of the process with more confidence about our identity and direction. We found making the practical decisions was easier once the big picture was clearer.
