Sam launched Innovista’s work in Ireland in 2009 with a passion to equip leaders to bring hope and lasting change to their communities. He provides training, coaching and facilitation to leaders and teams. Married with two small children he is an aspiring allotment gardener who is involved in leadership in his local church and community. He has a Theology Masters and Train the Trainer and Governance qualifications.
Karen ButtimerFinance & Operations Manager
Karen works part time for Innovista Ireland, alongside her role as HR Coordinator for Innovista International. She looks after the day to day finance as well as working on various other projects. In her free time she helps lead the youth work at her church, overseeing the Leadership Development Programme for 16-18 year olds.
Ash HolmesRISE Trainer
Ash is passionate about seeing young people find a place where they feel settled and safe, feel as though they have a purpose and know that they are valued. Born and raised in Melbourne, Ash has been in Ireland since she was 18 working with youth and young people to bring about change, both personally and in their local community.
Ann Marie KerrDublin Trainer
Ann Marie joined the Innovista team at the beginning of 2019 as a part-time Dublin Trainer. Ann Marie is passionate about releasing vision in others. In her role she provides, training, coaching and facilitation to leaders and teams. She and her husband Seamus are Vineyard church planters in Dublin. They have three adult children, who they love hanging out with. She has a lot of experience in church leadership & development, and has a degree in Computer Science (UCD).
Jennifer CarpenterRISE Trainer
Jennifer moved to Dublin from the United States in 2019 where she worked for a youth programme and graduated university with a degree in Social Work. With experience in leadership development and team building with adults and young people of all ages, Jennifer is passionate about inspiring hope and empowering others.
Rachel CouralVolunteer Trainer
Based in the North Coast of Ireland and working in Employee Development for an engineering company, Rachel’s background includes training student leaders and church planting in France. She loves to see people learn and grow as well as leading worship in her local church. The latest adventure is parenthood with her husband, Christophe.
