Introducing our new National Director

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of our new National Director of Innovista Ireland, Jeremy Gardiner!

Jeremy has spent the last 15 years working with leaders in organisations to create the conditions for improving team and organisational effectiveness.

Throughout his own journey, Jeremy has taken on several leadership roles (primarily within faith-based organisations). One role demanded him to negotiate on grass-roots sectarian issues in North Antrim, Northern Ireland. Through these experiences he has gained a unique understanding of how to successfully navigate complex environments, where individuals and groups have conflicting agendas.

Since then, Jeremy has been working with Senior Leaders and Teams enabling them to build relational maturity, influence their environments and ultimately achieve better collective outcomes.

Recently, Jeremy has sensed a shift in focus towards Spiritual Direction, which has opened opportunities for him to engage with leaders on a deeper level. This has allowed them to have a greater sense of authenticity.

Jeremy is married to Catherine; they have two boys Patrick (8) and Will (6). They currently live in East Belfast and attend CFC East, where they are involved in a local home-group.

Jeremy will start his new role in June, and Sam is moving full-time to his new role within Innovista International.
