In our Tempo leadership course, you are part of a group of like-minded leaders who journey together. You will receive high quality training, and give and receive feedback as you learn to lead mission where you are. You will implement concrete steps that fit your context and move you closer towards your vision. Challenges will arise, but you will not face them alone. Week after week you will gain more clarity and make better and quicker progress.

Experienced trainers and leaders of mission will provide the input, support, and guidance you need to lead mission where you are. As a result, you will lead with more confidence and effectiveness and see the communities you serve changed for good.
