Rachel Coural
North West Trainer
Rachel has been involved with Innovista Ireland in a volunteer capacity since 2014, but officially joined the team in 2021, working from home on the Causeway Coast. Her career path includes working with Christian students, church planting in France, training call centre agents and working in employee development in an engineering firm. Alongside training with Innovista, Rachel also works as a Learning & Development manager in a global NGO and is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach.
She enjoys painting and sketching, breathing in the sea air and trying out new coffee shops with husband Christophe and their two small children.
